Under supervision, you will provide critical support in overall corporate operations. This includes but is not limited to:
Support corporate programs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
Manage existing relationships with company customers and partners
Manage contractual activities with company customers and partners – including program contract development, negotiations, and program execution activities
Support corporate monitor and control activities with existing customers and partners – including program reviews, site visits, audit support, and risk management
Perform programmatic financial management activities, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement
Coordinate and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances
Develop plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents
Prepare and provide various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested
Meet and liaison with prospective clients and industry partners
Manage relationships with teaming partners – including proposal preparation requirements, including research, analysis, and writing assistance
Support daily business operations activities as needed – including but not limited to human resources, marketing, and contracting
Support the development of marketing materials around company services and products
Support business capture and proposal development activities
Ensure compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards
Represent the company at industry events
Participate in special projects as required
Research and analysis as requested
Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training that has provided the required knowledge, skills, and abilities suitable for the position.
