Entry Level Purchasing Coordinator

Any experience in buying/purchasing IT products highly preferred.

DUTIES:

• Assist management with processing purchase orders 
• Issues purchase orders and properly designates costs to each department. Purchase order status is kept current at all times and properly marked as to which department they should be charged to. 
• Adheres to purchase order system, proper purchasing and inventory procedures at all times and keeps the inventory database current and accurate 
• Processes all warranty parts and warranty labor credits quickly, then follows through to make sure the company receives each credit quickly.
