Operations Support: Support business functions within the client enterprise including sales, customer support, finance, and warehouse by:
Providing database query support to pull/manage data from MySQL and MS SQL Server databases
Managing existing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and create new reports to support business functions
Supporting data feeds and consumption into relevant databases
Proactive identification of current and potential issues.
Formulating plans to resolve or mitigate issues.
Clearly communicating issues and plans through written and verbal communication
Executing plans quickly and efficiently with minimum impact to the work environment.
Relentlessly pursuing the resolution of outstanding issues.
Working with third party vendors to facilitate the resolution of issues or implementation of new functions
Interface with third party vendors of hardware, software, and service providers to resolve issues and ensure efficient internal and external business operations.
Study and understand client’s product and solution features and requirements
Create and maintain accurate and relevant network/system/user documentation
Write/perform test plans to ensure efficient solution implementation within the client environment.
Test products and solutions to determine whether they meet documented specifications and quality standards, and follow procedures to report failures.
Set up network and computer hardware and software to test products and solutions. Duplicate or troubleshoot product and solution problems.
Follow solution delivery methodologies.
Perform other short-term and long-term tasks and duties as assigned by Management.

Work performed should be error-free. Service should result in no or little downtime systems and internal resources
Attention to detail
Documentation skills. Documentation should be complete, accurate, and delivered with the completion of implementations or issue resolutions. It should be written to be easily understood by the target audience.
Methodical approach to problem solving.
Good communication (written and oral) skills with staff and third parties to develop an environment that promotes quality. Communication must be clear and concise.
Ability to communicate/explain technical concepts to non-technical people and other staff members.
Develop materials and deliver training to end-users as required
Ability to transfer knowledge to and train other client resources to facilitate team growth
Able to work as part of a team
Project management experience a plus
