Looking for a Maintenance Electrician in Baltimore.
- Will Install, program, maintain and troubleshoot PLC motor control systems, communication systems and control networks.
- Install and replace low voltage temperature controllers
- Install and replace electric motors, motor starters, fuses, disconnects, etc
Perform and record all prioritized maintenance repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance functions in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Repair and maintain pumps and pump motors
Respond to emergency repair calls
Ensure the efficient operation of machines and facility
Perform root cause analysis on equipment in order to thoroughly diagnose system failures and make emergency repairs to all mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.
Follow established safety protocols (LOTO, PPE, Government reporting for boilers, chemical usage, etc.)
Ability to develop, install, and troubleshoot ladder logic, communications modules, and control components to include photo eyes, motor starters, Servo drives, encoders, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, and other line control devices. The ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blue prints.
PLC programming experience
HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance (glycol systems and boiler work)
2 or more years in a manufacturing environment
