User Support & Applications Specialist/Trainer
A client of ours seeks a full-time User Support & Applications Specialist/Trainer. Qualified candidates will have 2 ~ 5 years’ proven experience with Microsoft office products, legal applications, word processing and document management systems. Candidates must also have ability to perform a variety of end-user support, training, maintenance, and software installation tasks on all firm-supported applications/hardware. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Auto required for local travel.
Firm Applications: Virtual servers and desktops, Windows, iManage, Litera/ChangePro, Innova, Microsystems, Outlook, Word, Excel, Pow-erPoint, Access, Adobe.
Candidates: Must be US Citizen.
Hours: 9am to 6pm.
