Looking for experienced Administrative Assistant to support top employer in Baltimore.
High level of expertise in Microsoft Suite, especially in Excel, Access, and MS Project
Preferred knowledge and experience using HTML, Zope, Cvent software, Cognos software and Aperture software
Detail-orientated, great organizational skills and multi-tasker
Must be able to work on Saturdays, evenings and overtime when needed
High level of customer service and professionalism
Preferred experience in working in the education sector or with students (but not required)
Some experience in Accounting (but not required)
Experience with filing, database entry, creating and pulling reports as well.
