Performs tasks relative to Install, Service, and MAC.
Conducts testing using various devices, to troubleshoot product and ensure proper product performance.
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures. May act as escalation point for lower level technicians.
Interfaces with customers to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintains and completes required documentation and records including timely closing of service tickets.
Performs scheduled maintenance according to customer contracts.
Strong knowledge of basic voice applications for NEC products and systems
Good problem solving and organizational skills, stong follow up and good interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions consistently and pay attention to detai
Requires Associates Degree in technical area or equivlaent experience; 5-7 years related work experience
NEC Certifications desired in SV 8100, 8300, 8500, 9100, 9300 and 9500
