This position is responsible for managing all organization technologies and providing technology support and training. Primary duties include: analyzing systems and processes; maintaining workstations and networks; and maintaining Files and Web-based applications access.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the organization’s network infrastructure and telephone systems
Respond and troubleshoot various technical end user support issues and problems
Introduce and integrate new technologies into the existing environment.
Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes for Mac and PC workstations.
Install and configure new hardware and software.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues including workstations, networks, software applications, copiers, printers, phones and other technologies.
Add, remove, or update user account information, user-access level, resetting passwords, & FTP site access.
Answer technical queries and assist users.
Responsible for network security and documenting the configuration of the system to include developing and maintaining technology policies, procedures and standards.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and service contracts of organization’s hardware and software. Ensures compliance of all software licensing agreements.
Perform system tuning for routine audits of systems and software.
Maintain security system of the building which includes the entrance security system and video surveillance system
Perform system backups.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills and Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully the following computer proficiency is (are) required: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Master Suite; Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and other browsers, Mac OS, and Windows XP/Vista/7/8, Mobile Devices.
